Comments formatting question

Hey guys,

Have a question about what I figured would be an easy modification, but am having some trouble.

Before checking it out, please make sure that you are NOT logged into WordPress, otherwise what I am talking about won’t show up.

Basically, I am trying to add some white space between Name*, Email*, Website and the corresponding text boxes for each. How would I go about doing that?

Also, see how “comments” is in the lower left corner of the comments box? Is there a way to make it be ABOVE the entire comments box?
