comments fields are different on mobile and laptop

  • Hello,

    Comments fields are different on mobile and laptop.
    On the mobile, you can see fields for name, email, information that the email will not be published etc., while on laptops there is just Comment field and Submit button. I would like it to look the same across all devices (and be like the current view on mobiles). Could you tell me how I shall set it?
    I don`t know how to code, and no idea why the fields display differently ??

  • I’ve checked on a desktop and in browser inspector in various media (including laptop) and the form appears Comment / Name / Email / Website in all.

    Is it any particular laptop?

    Hi, I open it on my Lenovo, I use Microdoft Edge browser, and see only the comment field.
    One of the users also told me that I shall put the your email would not be published sentence next to email field, therefore he doesn`t see it neither. I see it on my mobile only.

    if you’re using DIVI (https://www.elegantthemes.com/preview/Divi/comments/), you may want to get in touch with them

    they tend to be pretty good as it is a commercial theme
