Comments field only shows up in some of my blog posts

Hi all,
The comment field is not showing up in all my blog posts, meaning, people can leave comments of some of my blog posts but not all. I can’t seem to find where to fix the issue. In settings all the appropriate boxes are checked to allow comments.
