Whether or not I go to my blog as a subscriber, I still can not see the comments field under each blog entry.

My blog page is located here:

    https://ponthep.com/themommiesdiaries/

I am running WordPress 2.9.2 with Theme Nature_wdl and 8 Widgets.

I looked up old support entries with similar problems and copied the statement <?php comments_template(); ?> from my single.php to my page.php in my wordpress\wp-content\themes\nature_wdl\ directory.

I am not sure, however, that I copied it to the right place in the page.php script. I placed it in the same place I removed it from the single.php script, I believe.

I need help asap as this is in production. Thank you!!

  • I just get the “you have to be logged in to post a comment” notification when I view a single post. Looks fine to me…

Apparently, it seems to be working now. Thank you for checking it out for me. I am not sure if it was the copying of the php comments_template string into the script or my approach with testing.
