    Howdy,

We have users that can’t post comments. We think there might be some authentification issue locally. Some folks log in using the wordpress sign in and others use the Ultimate Member sign in screen.

Using Internet Explorer browser, all can comment. But when some switch to Chrome or Edge, they can’t post comments. I’ve only heard of once case where this has happened on an apple product.

There was some speculation that they had a Chrome account opened and registered, then logged back in later when they were signed into a different google account.

We are confused totally and are seeking any help we can get. No idea if there is an add on to help? Or do we need to disable guests using WP Admin log in? Confused. Thanks.

    Hi @texasdom,

Can you please do a quick conflict test to rule out theme/plugin conflicts and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.

It is not possible, however, users can change emails address on the account page.

    Regards.
