    Hi

I got some problems with comments. I enabled them in Jetpack, so it allows my visitors to write comments using their WP accounts, FB, etc. Unfortunately for some reason comments switch to regular WP comments (automatically and randomly in time). Then I have to go back to Jetpack and enable them again. I must do this because the button which is in regular comments doesnt work and people cannot add comments. I want to keep Jetpack comment enabled all the time.

Do you know what is the reason that they switch off automaticaly?

    Best Greetings,
    Mat

Hi Mat, it sound like one of your plugins is interfering. Do you have any that could be affecting the comment box?

    Hi,

thank you for your response. I have switched off all plugins which can affect comments. I had one which remove URL from traditional WP comments box – maybe it was the problem. I will watch the site and let you know if it helps.

Do you know any popular plugins which can affect comments and force WP comments as first?

    Best Greetings,
    Mat

We don’t know of any specifically, but generally any plugin that interferes with WordPress’s built-in comment form could interfere with us, since all we basically do is drop a “skin” over WordPress’s built-in comment form.
