Comments don't show on page

  • Hello someone please help – I’ve been given a half completed wordpress site by designer and I don’t know how to make heads or tales of the problem. The plugin SEO facebook comments seems to be installed and working but I get nothing showing up on my site.

    I have enabled comments, and the appid, appsecret, and my facebook id all seem to be correct. What else can I do to get it to show up? Its possible there’s something major my designer left out like I noticed I have no comments.php page in my directory – does that matter? Thanks much!
