comments don’t show

  • I love the idea behind this plugin. I can place a comment without refreshing the page, but the page needs to be refreshed in order to see the comments.

    I hope this gets resolved in the upcoming version.

  • Uhm… not really. If the comment list isn’t refreshed when you submit a comment, your WordPress theme probably causes the problem.
    Send me your comments.php file (it’s in your theme’s main directory) to regua at regua.biz, I’ll try to find a way to fix it.

    I have a similar problem; the page reloads upon submitting without any validation from the plugin. IE gives this error message: “ajax_comments_submit is undefined.”

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled and rechecked both ajax-comments.php and comments.php several times but can’t find the glitch.

    gauravs82, email me (regua at regua.biz) your comments.php file (from your theme’s main directory), it probably causes the problem.
    Also, do you use any other Ajax-based plugins?
