• hi,

i’m using jetpack and have comments activated, but no comments show up. the comment form appears, but no comments. the support pages say i merely need the comment_form() function to make these appear, but that didn’t work. i tried installing the comments.php from 2011 theme in my theme and that didn’t change anything. i then installed comments.php from 2014 theme and this makes the comments appear however they are non in the typical jetpack formatting.

how do i make the comments appear in typical jetpack formatting?

here is a sample page: https://www.iamtheopposition.com/comment-tester/

    thanks for any help/advice!

    Hi Jay,

There’s actually something wrong with your Jetpack connection for that site, but I’m not quite sure why it is. Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on “Help” tab in the upper right side of the page and click the link for “Jetpack Debugging Center.”
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address. Make sure to include a link to this thread as well.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!
