Comments done by another comment agent are not displayed

  • Hello,

    I have 2 comments-related plugins on my site: Discus and NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster, and now have the following issue: comments done by SNAP plugin are not displayed, when Discus is off, they are. Checked that comments are saved in wp_comments table, and have SNAP as a comment_agent. Can you please tell me if Discus should update comments automatically, with CRON for example or I should use Export Comments option time to time? Also checked there are not any php errors.
