Comments disappear after WP and FCS upgrade

Hi there,
I was having great success with this plugin until I upgraded to WP 4.4.2 yesterday, as well as upgrading this plugin.
It still “sees” my Facebook app, and it still says it can sync the comments, however, the comment box is not shown on any posts.
https://www.davidlawrie.co.uk/blog – I have it set so that comments should show up on the homepage, too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
