Comments Disabled on Posts before Specific Date

    I have a strange problem with my WordPress sites.

    The comments are disabled/closed for posts/pages published before a specific date ( 15th of April). When I change the published date to 16 April or later, the comment area appears on the post.
    The issue happens with three different sites hosted on one shared hosting account.

    What I have tried:

    1. I have tried the default WordPress theme
    2. Disabling all the plugins
    3. Making sure the Disscussion Option on Settings is Enabled
    4. Making sure the individual “Allow Comments” option is enabled on each post

    Things I think might cause the issue but don’t know for sure:

    • Corrupted table on databases, but still I’m not sure because all three sites have the same issue and it seems a bit strange to me for specific corruption on three different sites and databases.
    • File permission related – I have updated the file permissions for my sites to 644 for files and 755 for folders (WordPress Recommended) but still I’m not sure because the comments appear on New posts or posts/pages with changed published date

    If anyone has any suggestions, please write them down below as I have been trying to fix this for about 6-7 hours and I don’t know what is causing it. Thanks!

    @t-p I have tried that. I am 100% sure that Settings-Discussion option is enabled and also the individual “Allow comments” on each post is enabled.

    Any other idea? Thanks

    Hello guys,
    I am glad to let you know that I fixed my issue.
    I re-uploaded the WordPress Core files (wp-admin & wp-includes) and the issue is fixed.
