Comments dialog box not appearing at the end of posts

    I have activated the Comments feature in Discussion settings, but the dialog box is not showing up beneath posts. Anyone is allowed to post comments if they enter name and email.

    I am using the Sunspot theme.

    Correct, the setting at Settings -> Discussion only sets the default for future posts.

    To enable comments on an existing post, you need to edit the post in question, scroll below the editor to the Discussion box and check “Comments” then update the post to enable them.

    If you don’t see a Discussion box below the editor, hit the Screen Options tab near the top-right and check Discussion to enable the Discussion box below the editor.
