Comments count not working

Hello I have noticed over the past couple of days that the comment count in the meta box under an article posted on my site is showing 0 Comments even though there are comments on the actual article body.
For example: https://john-5.com/main/news/
See story: “JOHN 5 HAS CO-WRITTEN THE NEW ROD STEWART TRACK ‘IT’S OVER’ AND IT’S OUT NOW”
Meta table underneath shows: March 19, 2013 | Categories: News | Tags: It’s Over, John 5, Rod Stewart, Single | 0 Comments
Yet when you click on the actual article: https://john-5.com/main/2013/03/19/john-5-has-co-written-the-new-rod-stewart-track-its-over-and-its-out-now/
There are two comments.
I have the latest version of the plugin and HAVE NOT changed anything that could have done this.
Please help.
