comments count & category list

  • Hi all,

    I just replace my theme and the formatting is extremely different on this one, plus I’m not so adept at css.

    can anyone tell me how to add
    -a comment count next to the date on single posts
    -a line with categories for each single post at the bottom, similar to the one that’s already there with tags?

    i know these must be easy, but i am having a hard time navigating through this theme since there are multiple files for everything.
