Comments Comming up Blank

I have a strange problem with my blog. Whenever someone leaves a comment with a link, the post shows to the public that there is a comment (i.e. in the comment number) and the comment author and date — but not the actual comment content. When I as the blog admin edit the comment and remove the URL in the comment, it appears just fine. Anyone have this problem and any solutions known? Thanks!
