Hi Andy,

Thanks so much for using Period!

The following CSS should work to hide the “comments closed” text on each page:

.page .comments-container {
  display: none;
}

You can copy and paste that code into the “Custom CSS” section in the Customizer (Appearance > Customize). Once added there, it should take affect right away.

And here is the CSS you can use to update the category text to white:

.archive-header h1,
.archive-header h2 {
  color: white;
}

thanks for your help, both bits of code works no problem.

However the comments closed still appears on the blog posts, how do I remove this

removed comments closed off the blog post with this code

.comments-closed {
display: none;
}

But the blog list page still has the message icon and comments closed here

can this be removed?
