Comments Captcha not displaying and comments are blank

  • WP is 3.8.4 and AIOWPS is 3.8.4

    When enabled, the Captcha does not show on the comments form. And when a comment is made it is blank. Nothing is being recorded in the database – all fields are empty except for date fields and comment_agent. We do get a notification email.

    If I disable “Enable Captcha On Comment Forms” the comments work fine.

    So I have disabled it for now. I will be updating WP core files soon and will test again, but have you heard of this problem before?

    Hi kallym this could be related to your theme or another plugin that might have a conflict when that option is enabled in this plugin.

    However updating your WordPress to 4.0 would be a great move. Also make sure you check that all your other plugins including your theme is compatible with WordPress 4.0.
