Comments bug?

Pop up comments refuse to remember the usernames and details of returning visitors (not even me logged in as admin!) I switch back to full page comments and all is fine. I’ve tried this on several different themes including untouched Default themes on both 1.5 and 2.0.2 with the same results.

I’ve been unable to find this problem listed anywhere here, anyone got any ideas?
