Comments Box Size

I know this may be a dumb question, but is it possible to make the Comments section of the message box smaller (height)?

A visitor can adjust the size of the comments box when they visit the page by dragging the bottom right corner, but I would like to set the default height to be smaller when they first land on the page.

You should be able to reduce the size of the textarea as follows:

?CURRENT:
?[textarea your-message 40x10]

CHANGE TO:
[textarea your-message 40x5]??
