Comments box disappeared – Twenty Twelve

Hello, I am using Twenty Twelve theme and since I have updated to WordPress 3.6 the comments box has disappeared on my posts (but still appears on pages). The “Leave a reply” link doesn’t do anything. I am a newbie so have pretty basic knowledge! My site is https://www.sunbeamsthroughtheclouds.com
