Comments awaiting moderation visable to all users at Dashboard

We have just lauched our wp blog. https://www.talkingcanberra.com

Our major problem revolves around comments awaiting moderation being available for peple to read on the dashboard. So anyone who has registered can read pending comments.

we have removed recent comments from out dash using one plugin.

we then removed commentd from the side bar using another plugin

but now you can still get to the pending comments through the editionf posts page by hitting the edit comments button.

can you remove the comments awaiting moderation from view from everyone other than admin?

If not what is the point of moderation?

can anyone please help me, we have spend literally 30 hours trying to solve this seemingly simple problem.

please any help would be good,
