Comments associated with restricted post visible

Create a post that allows comments and restrict the post to a certain role and above. Add a comment to that post.

The comment appears on the RSS feed for comments and the comment is visible from the comments menu of the dashboard to lower level roles.

Is there a way to restrict the visibility of the comment to the same role that the associated post was restricted to? And to have the content of the RSS feed of comments to have the text, “Sorry, but you do not have permission to view this content” like it does on the RSS feed for that post?
