  • In a default install, #commentlist is used in the code, and as such this can be styled.
    Looking at your code, there isn’t anything that can be used as you have removed it.
    The default will use div’s and p’s but they are stylable (that a word ?) through the CSS.
    To achieve that, if would mean – for now – removing what you have there, replacing the default, and working forward again……

    In the new WP (1.2 onwards) comments are in a list. Use normal list styling , top margins etc.

    I did try that at some point….and still couldnt get the results I wanted….I”ll default back to the previous code and take another crack at it.

    nevermind, got it to work! For future reference, it is in the CSS styles under widecolumn and alt. Thanks!
