Comments are not updating

I upgraded my 1.5.2 WP to 2.0.1 and surprisingly I didn’t break anything! …But my comments are bothering me. The link where it’s supposed to change (EX 1 comment or 0 comments or 4 cmments) doesn’t change… it always stays at “0 comments” no matter how many I have and the comments page always says “No Responses.”

I tried looking up the problem myself, but it’s all greek to me! I can’t figure out which ones will actually fix my problem and how can I exactly do it? Help, please.
