    Hello!

I have noticed that comments on my site https://www.arcus.org.rs/hun are not saved. I use the Jetpack comment system, when I try to leave a comment as a visitor not logged in, by giving my name and email address, after hitting the submit button, I get the message Submitting comment but after that there is white space on the place of the comment form, no error message is shown. In the dashboard, there is absolutely no trace of the comment, it is not under spam/unapproved. Caching is turned off, I am using Antispam Bee, I have checked, that plugin does not show the comment neither. I have tried the WordPress built in comment system, that one works, but I need the ability for my visitors to leave comments with Twitter/Facebook/etc user accounts.

Does anyone have any experience related this?

    Thank you!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    I am using Antispam Bee

Could you try to deactivate that plugin, and let me know if it helps?

Antispam Bee is not compatible with Jetpack Comments.

I just made a change to your Jetpack settings. Could you give it another try?

Let me know how it goes.

Thank You very much Jeremy, now it works ??

Could you tell me, what did I wrong? Because I have this site mirrored to 2 other languages as well (arcus.org.rs/eng, arcus.org.rs/srb), so I could solve the issue there too?

    Thank you again!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you go to your dashboard on both sites, then go the Jetpack menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on “Disconnect from WordPress.com”? Once you’ve done so you’ll be able to reconnect to WordPress.com by clicking on the connect button at the top of the page.

Once you’ve reconnected both sites, you should be all set!

Thank you very much, it worked!

The only question I have, is that now I have deactivated Antispam Bee because of its incompatibility with JetPack. Is there a plugin you can recommend against spam comments, or I should not be worried about that?

    Thank you again!

I’d suggest installing Akismet, it’s free for personal use and is compatible with Jetpack Comments:
