function jb_custom_jb_cpt_list( $cpt ) {
    $cpt['jb-job']['supports'][] = 'comments';
    return $cpt;
}
add_filter( 'jb_cpt_list', 'jb_custom_jb_cpt_list' );

You can insert this snippet to the theme/child-theme functions.php file.
