Comments are Missing Nofollow on Link

All the comments on my blog post used to have nofollow link but they seems to be missing recently.
How do I add back nofollow link to all the comments.
Example – https://blog.sqlauthority.com/2012/05/28/developer-training-importance-and-significance-part-1/
When I see view source the comments do not have nofollow attribute.
