Comments are disabled and I can not activate them in the template

    The comments field does not appear in the listings. I already checked the WordPress settings in “Discussion” and everything is ok.
    I already checked the permissions of the users and also saw nothing wrong.
    I already asked in the support of the plugin WP Job Manager (that is integrated to the template of Robolist Lite) and I was told that the problem is with the template.

    I can even activate the comments in the listings, but I have to do this manually every time and this is bothersome. I wish I had already enabled “comments” by default, automatically.
