Comments Are Closed?

    Regardless of what comment plugin (or lack thereof) I’m using, the comment section on my latest post is closed. I have no idea why this is, but I can’t seem to find anything in the Dashboard that points to either the problem or the solution.

    Is this normal? Here’s the post that’s giving me trouble:
