Comments are at the very bottom of the page

I have spent hours trying to figure out how to move the comments on each of my blog posts. Right now they sit below the “previous posts” or navigation button option as well as the category it was posted in along with the tags that I created. Anybody have any idea how to move it up directly underneath the post itself?
