Please note that comment moderation doesn’t have any relation to wpDiscuz.
wpDiscuz uses native WordPress moderation features.
Please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page and make sure the following two options are disabled:
1. Comment must be manually approved
2. Comment author must have a previously approved comment

Also, please check and make sure you don’t have any anti-spam plugins. Those plugins also may force the comments to be moderated.
