Comments add-on: move reply to top

    Hi. I’m interested in the comments add on. The example page shows that the form to submit a new comment is at the bottom of the comments. Which means with infinite scrolling the person might never make it down far enough to see that form.

    Is there any way to move the submit a comment form above the comments?
