Comments

When you click on the comments link on my blog, the comments & form show up at the bottom of the blog entry…. is there a way to either 1) make the comments appear at the top of the page when clicked like an anchor (i belive it’s called) like this support forum works when you click add new it brings the form to the top of the page even though its in the middle of the same page or 2) when the comments link is clicked be able to put text at the top (above the entry) that says to scroll down to the bottom to comment? If so can you tell me both or whichever one you know how to do? Thanks!!
