Commenting users end up as followers multiple times

    DWQA Version 1.4.2.2

    We have the problem, that each time a user comments an answer, he is added as follower for the question. So after several comments he has got multiple _dwqa_followers entries for each question, which leads to multiple notification emails after each new answer.

    e.g. adding a “true” as the fourth parameter for the add_post_meta() call would solve the problem.
