Commenting Problem

When I have the plug in activated and people leave a comment, then they are blocked because they haven’t agreed to the privacy policy but there is not check box shown for them to agree to it. When I went into the settings, I noticed that those options were hidden and no ability to unhide them. I am not using jetpack for comments- in fact not using anything in particular for the comments- it is just a thesis 2.0 theme.

Adore your plug in and it has done everything else so magically and appreciate any help you can offer!
