    Hi,
    is it possible to set a reply by e-mail so that it is not a post, but a comment to a specific post and to a specific person?

    If yes, how to do it?

    It is possible for replies to be posted as comments. You need ensure the setting is “comment” and replies need to have the same subject (a prepended “re:” is fine)

    WordPress comments are post based not user based.
