Commenting embed based on dates post made

  • Hi, I am changing the commenting embed on my WordPress install and was wondering if it was possible to display a specific embed code depending on date.

    For archiving purposes I would like the Disqus embed to display on posts made between 1 September 2009 until 1 February 2014.

    From 2 February 2014 onwards it should use the Livefyre comment embed. So if the user checks a post before February 2014 he sees the old comment embed but not the new. If he checks a post after 2 February he only sees the new comment embed not the old.

    Is there anyway to do this with PHP?
