Commenters can't click on name/email fields

Hi,
For some reason, commenters (myself included) can’t click on the Name and E-mail fields of the comment box.
Please check the following: https://styletomes.com/fashion/street-style-inspiration-capes-and-bows/The comments can be left if commenters tab through the fields, starting with Comment box, but cannot click the individual fields to type in or correct mistakes.
