commented out allowed_tags()

    hi there,

    is there anyone who can tell me why this function allowed_tags() doesnt work with my template and its commented out in every standard template i can find? i would like to use it in my comments.php, but it just doesnt seem to work, it doesnt put out anything.

  • Remove the beginning “<!--” and the trailing “-->” in the HTML surrounding the call to allowed_tags(), and it should appear for you.

    yes, it should. but it doesnt ??

    aaaahhh… it seems to have something to do with the textile plugin. when i deactivate it, the output isnt stripped away. so i have to take a look into this. thanks anyway
