Comment when finalizing selection is not shown

    Hi, ive been testing picu for a while, was using older version, but now i updated to the new one and have this problem.

    when client finalize a gallery selection, the added comment at the end is not shown anywhere. not on the top of the page like the older version, and not on the aproved collection TXT generated by the “download proof” button.

    any help? when making a test gallery and adding a comment, again, it does not show anywhere. older version was working fine.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

    I just did some testing, and found a bug, which was introduced with version 2.1. We will release a fix for this issue later today with version 2.1.2 Stay tuned!

    Thanks! One thing also i noticed, if i put on the trash a finalized gallery, if i restore, the gallery does not go back with previously selected images. i could swear the old version also got back the selection from trash, or i’m remembering wrong?

    Hi @malowz,

    We fixed the original issue with picu 2.1.3.

    There was a change made back in WordPress 5.6 where the status of an untrashed post would always be “draft”. You are right, this does not make any sense for picu collections. So, we will update the plugin so that when you restore collections from the trash, they will be assigned their original status. (This will be part of the next release.)
