Comment Thread not running correctly

Hi WordPress Forum,

Just wondering if anyone can advise me on the following

I use the Vantage wordpress theme. I had a guest post on my blog and he is answering commenters but his comments are not going under the person he is reply too. What action do I need to take to remedy this?
