Comment submission error

    I have fast-secure-recaptcha version 1.0.19 installed. The comment form shows no recaptcha box and when I submit the comment I get the error “ERROR: You have selected an incorrect reCAPTCHA value”.

  • Can you carry out the following tests. Disable all of your other plugins except this one. Can you see the recaptcha code?

    If the above does not help can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen?

    Many apologies: I have now read the FAQ and understand the incompatibility with JetPack comments. Resolved.
