Comment Shortcode is not displaying

Hello,

I’m using the template for the Review Added trigger. When testing it, the shortcode line for Comment: {comment_content} does not display the Comment in the confirmation email. The IP address ({comment_author_IP}) is not working either, but more importantly I’m trying to figure out why the comment is not displaying. All other shortcodes from the template are displaying in the notification properly. We are using review for WooCommerce, the email does trigger and I see that the default notification from WP to the admin role is working with comments and IP displaying. Any idea what is happening here?
