Comment settings changed by itself!?

I have had to reinstall wordpress twice now and I can not figure this out. This had happened TWICE

I have changed the comment.php to my liking (as in how it appears on my site, with swedish text instead). It worked brilliantly.
Then all of a sudden, all my settings changed without me touching it. The comment.php is intact, as I wrote it and it worked. It is supposed to say “En tanke” instead of “One respons” as it says now, plus, the textarea for typing the comment is all of a sudden massive.

I dont know what the problem is, I dont know what to do, please help!
