Comment section (rating, categorize, login)

  • Hi wordpress users,

    I have done a lot myself but now I’m stuck and really need some help.
    Before I’m mailing a company maybe some of you can help me with this.

    I’m building a website were people can respond to a photo.
    They can also rate(when logged in) other comments or reply on other comments.
    The best comments need to be categorized by popularity with the picture they responded to shown.

    My question is first:
    Is this even possible to do this with wordpress?
    How do I categorize top rated comments?(with the picture shown that they commented on). Is there a plugin for this? I haven’t found it yet.
    How do I let people log in and fix it that they can respond only when logged in and can rate other comments when logged in.

    Really hope someone can help me.
