• So I have a problem with the comment section. It’s a weird problem tho, I’ve created a comment section for a website I’m working on, following a tutorial.

It comes down to this: The comment section is only showing when I comment on a post in the dashboard. So I have to log in to the WP-Admin and comment under a post for the comment section to appear. If I don’t do this in the backend, the entire comment section won’t show up/render.

All “Allow comments” boxes are checked. In settings, in the post itself and in quick edit.

    How do I solve this?

    Thanks in advance.

Do you have the same problem under the Twenty Seventeen theme?

I’m sorry I respond this late, because I fixed the problem.
I followed a tutorial and swapped the order of the comments and the textarea. Swapping them back did the trick. Thanks anyway!
