Comment Section Is broken

I am very new to WordPress and I just got done converting my HTML site’s code into a theme WordPress can use. It worked really well thanks to this wonderful tutorial [link] however I cannot seem to get the comment/reply function to work and I am not sure what may be causing it. Below is a link to my original site and to the WordPress version of it. If someone could let me know what I am missing or what is causing it to not work would be great.
