Comment Search functionality

I am new to this and looking for some help. I am an Admin on a site that contains over 11,000 comments posted on 1 page. What we want to do is allow users to be able to search through all of those comments and get a results page that only contains the comments that contain the search term. Whether it be a comment author, or a term in the comment body. So far I have found that if I have comments on a page I can use WP comment master paginate those comments and then use Relevanssi or Search Unleashed and they will highlight the search term in each comment, but we would like to have a search result page that shows only the comments with that term. On the Admin panel in comments there is a search feature that does it perfectly, and would like to have a search like that on the front end. Of course not showing the comment authors personal info IP etc. Any help will be great I’m chasing my tail on it.
