    Hi,

    we use the premium version 3.97.

    We enabled the setting “Comment Required” to make it mandatory for customers to write something in their review.

    But we still get reviews without any text.

    What can we do here?

    We got it already – the customer reviewed old orders (before we changed it to make it mandatory for customers to write something in their review)
